The historic Flagstaff House Restaurant is well known for their exceptional dining and unforgettable views of downtown Boulder. Taken by surprise in 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic immediately began to affect their spring and summer services. With capacity and table-time limits becoming more and more restricted, the Flagstaff House wanted to extend their brand with a more accessible experience. I was tasked with designing three different cocktail labels gaged at showcasing each concoctions distinct flavor profile all under the fine-dining umbrella brand.
